Complete the Team Interest Form and Hollywood Billiards will contact your captain with the next steps.
The form collects your school, proposed team name, division interest, player count, alternates, preferred free-practice day, and a parent/guardian or school sponsor contact.
League launch requirement: at least three teams representing three different schools. Divisions will be organized based on registrations.
